Return & Refund Policy
Return & Refund policy is simple and quick. When the order arrives it may not be the same that you wished to buy. This is where Ohaansz makes your shopping experience easier. Items shipped from OHAANSZ.com can be returned within 15 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.
Refunds are received when: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds:
Ø If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Ø Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Ø Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Ø If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at our email
Ø Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Ø In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of the products.
Ø To request a refund, simply mail us with your purchase details within seven (7) days of your purchase. Please include your order number (and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund
Ø Refunds are being processed after the customer support team validate and analyze issue, but it will only show in your bank account only when the product comes back to hub.
Ø Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. The refund is only possible if the product is unused, undamaged and is with the original packaging and with the receipt and the invoice. Only when the product reaches the premises we will refund you your amount as decided.
There will be three options available:
Exchange : Exchanging with an identical product of same color or size
Replace : Replacing with an identical product in case if it is damaged or defective
Refund : Will be initiated if the stock for the product isn’t available
All the details will be updated via the email and the mobile number that you have provided.
Those items which are to be returned or exchanged must be unused. They should be in their original packing and all the tags should be intact. No broken tags will be accepted.
Date of Receipt and Return Window Period
The date of receipt used to calculate the return window period is one day after the date of delivery displayed on our third-party logistics platform. If you miss the return window as a result of late delivery or incorrect information displayed on the logistics platform, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Graphics cards, CPUs, earphones, and mobile phones that have been opened or used and cannot be resold
Customized or personalized items
Items that are not suitable to be returned by their nature, as confirmed by you at the time of purchase:
Ø Items classified as hazardous material, or spoil easily after opening
Ø Items that will depreciate in value once used
Ø Items knowingly purchased near their sell-by date or defective
Ø Items with the label “Unconditional returns not allowed” as indicated on the product description page
Ø Items that cannot be returned intact i.e. in its original condition with all accompanying accessories and trademarks
Ø Items not purchased from OHAANSZ
Ø Items that have quality issues as a result of unauthorized repairs, misuse, negligence, water damage, modifications, or improper installation, or items with the label, device serial number, or security label torn or altered
Ø Items with information inconsistent with that on the warranty certificate
Ø Items with the security label scratched off
Other Rules of Return
Items must be returned along with any accompanying free gifts for a full refund. Carefully inspect your purchase at the time of receipt. If the packaging or item is damaged, and you would like to reject receipt of the package, please inform the delivery personnel immediately. If you discover any defects after confirming receipt of your item, please submit a claim for a refund within 48 hours of confirmation. You may be required to provide a photo or video of your purchase for verification. Any late claims will not be accepted. We send the return pick-up request to our Logistic partners as soon as we receive the return request from you. Our Logistic partner pick-up the Product/s within 3 days of receiving the request.
There are certain locations where our transport partners currently do not support pick-up of returned items. You will get to see the message 'Pickup service is not available' if none of our transport partners support pick-up of the returned items from a pin-code. If you get to see this message, we request you to send the items to our warehouse using a courier company available in your location. Please ensure that the Products are in unused condition with their original packing and tags and that you insert the “Return Slip” portion of the Invoice along with the Product that is shipped. In the absence of the Return Slip in the courier, we might not be able to process the refund. After sending the shipment, please upload the shipment details through the 'My Returns' functionality on our website/app. You will get to see a message 'Self-ship details pending' for returns where you are yet to submit the shipment details. Please note it is mandatory to submit the self-ship details to get a refund for the returned item. Once we receive the returned item in our warehouse, we will refund the amount of the items and also the amount that you spent on sending the item to our warehouse.
Our Logistic Partners shall make three attempts to pick up the Product/s. If the item is not picked up in the third attempt, the return request shall be considered complete at our end. In that scenario, you can raise a fresh Return request in case you are eligible. For more details, please contact our Customer Care.
Please keep the shipment ready as detailed above and ensure that you return all items for which the request was raised. If you fail to do so, the return option may not be available to you in future, the discretion of which shall lie completely with the Company.
OHAANSZ reserves the right to issue a refund without a return of the item. OHAANSZ will provide a return shipping address, and you provide and pay for your own mailing label. A quality inspection report or other documentation issued by an authority is required to support any disputes regarding the quality of your purchase. Returned items must be in an unused, undamaged, and re-sellable condition, and must be returned with all accompanying accessories.
OHAANSZ will assume responsibility of returned items upon their arrival at the designated warehouse.
OHAANSZ Global Return & Refund Policy
OHAANSZ Global offer returns for items within 30 days of receipt of shipment. OHAANSZ Global items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery using the Online Returns Center. It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our collection center in the UAE or India, it takes 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed and 5-7 business days for the refund amount back to your original form of payment method.
If you return an item that you received defective, damaged or incorrect, you’ll be refunded the full delivery cost, as well as your Import Fees Deposit, once your return is processed. For other return reasons , original delivery fees are not refunded and OHAANSZ will deduct return shipping fees, to cover international return shipping. Most refunds are issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase. The following are the refund timelines associated with each payment method.

Return and refund policy of Ohaansz typically address the following few points:
Ø Log in to Ohaansz and go to your orders tab. Click return to create a request
Ø Select your appropriate reason for return based on the option of exchange.
Ø Depending on the product nature it undergoes a verification process
Ø After that you will be required to the confirm the decision based on the category of the product you ordered
Ø Keep all items – bill ,product and so that you got while you received the product
Ø The amount will be debited into the original account you used to purchase the order.
Ø For card transactions - the refunded amount will be debited to the same card used to purchase the order.
Ø For bank transfer and cash deposit - refunds will be processed in the form of store credit/Gift.
Ø Be advised that refunds may take 5-10 business days to show up on your statement depending on your issuing bank.
Ø Bear in mind that we cannot issue a refund to a different card. If your card is already expired, please contact your bank institution for further information.
Ø Pickup and order delivery will be scheduled hand in hand
Ø Refund will be initiated and processed if applicable on your order

Purchases that are made from Ohaansz exchange policy will be subjected to the following terms and conditions:
Ø validity of exchange offer us valid till the stock expires or stock lasts
Ø product will be replaced if it fails to meet the expectations at the time of purchase
Ø Used product picking and new product delivery will happen simultaneously
Ø Refusal of handling the used product at the time of delivery your availed offer will be cancelled
Ø Your personal information given at the time of ordering the product may be retained by the seller for letting you know about future offers
Ø When the used product is sent for exchange which comes under offer it won't be returned back.
Ø You do not bring any claim to Ohaansz and its offer in relation to such claims

Ohaansz will not be liable not responsible for any actions or conditions of sellers or buyback partners in relation to offers or its benefits
Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an Exchange by their logistics team. Some items, there is a free gift associated with the product purchased, if you wish to return the original product, then please return the free gift as well. Company will not refund or exchange the product without the free item in any case.
Exchange policy of Ohaansz is formulated keeping in mind the needs and requirements of the local and common people. There are no hidden terms and conditions for this. Everything is written clearly on the website. According to this policy, if you wish to return or exchange any item purchased,, then it should be done within 30 days of the receipt
